Illini Wire Works, Inc. is a wire forming and cold heading job shop with customers in such diverse industries as electronics, agricultural machinery, bicycle components, tackle and utility molded plastic boxes, lawn and garden equipment, automotive equipment, industrial compressors and power sources, earth moving equipment and steel storage systems and point of purchase displays.

In addition to a complete machine shop (which services our manufacturing and designs and builds our tooling), we have wire forming and bending equipment, threading equipment, cold headers, roll forming equipment, punch presses and welding equipment. We are currently making parts from mild steel (C1008-C1022), galvanized steel (hot dip and electro), stainless steel, several different brasses, silicon bronze, titanium and several different aluminum alloys. Wire diameters range from .062” to .750”. Volumes of parts ranges from a few hundred to 24,000,000 annually. Please contact us if you have any questions or would like a free quote.
