We have been in business since Jan. 2003. I have been in job shop manufacturing and protoyping since 1972. Specializing in Rapid Prototyping and Engineering support of CNC Milling /MultiAxis(5 Axis) Milling. We will take on production runs up to 1000 pieces. We work in paperless as well as paper environments. Full service, meaning we supply all materials and take care of all outside processes such as but not limited to Heat treat, any and all plating and coating of finished parts, Assembly of parts, inserts complex or simple. We work in all materials from High Strength Stainless, Standard Stainless steels, Tool Steels, Titanium, and Aluminum of all types. With orders we supply all Certifications, MTR's, inspection reports and C of C.

Currently we are expanding, we have aquired a larger facility and have ordered additional equipment, to service our current and future clients.

Markets we service now. Aerospace, missile defense, pharmaceutical hygenic diaphram valve bodies and fittings, and specialized automotive parts.

Additional services. Welding ( GMAW, FCAW, GTAW(AC AND DC), SMAW. All materials. Special fixturing, engineering consulting/machinability evaluation. Part marking per MIL-STD-130, Ink stamp, bag and tag, and Electro-Chem etch.

Inspection of parts performed on Mitsubishi CMM, calabration of this and all inspection equipment is annual, calibration certification available on request.
