Finish: Cad plate per qq-p-416a type ii, class 2.

Stainless steel:
Clip: material: 17-7 ph stainless steel .020 thick per ams
5528. Heat treat to 200 ksi ultimate tensile per ams h
6875.
Pin: material: 17-7 ph stainless steel per ams 5644 or 17-
4 ph stainless steel per ams 5643 or 15-5 ph stainless
steel per ams 5659. Heat treat to 160-180 ksi per ams h
6875.
Finish: passivate per ams 2700, type ii.
