This is an open request to collaborate on tool design and production for a new family of parts we have developed. There are a total of 10 parts in this family of products.
Collaborating suppliers with 10+ years of cold forging tool building experience may be supplied with samples offline as part of the overall qualification process.
The vendor of choice will have 10+ yrs experience, ability to reverse engineer, and ability to service or replace tooling quickly.
References and samples of historical products/tools for qualification will be very helpful if not mandatory to select the right vendor.
