RFQ Notes:
One Time build of necessary assembly fixtures. This is not a part used for production, thus finish is not critical.
Should vendor desire to quote production utilizing aluminum vs. CRS that is acceptable, however please note the change in the quotation.
4 corners must be welded and ground smooth to prevent worker injury. Powder coat finish is for rust prevention and long term durability against scratches. TPS Pins need NOT to be masked prior to powder coat. These pins are of a diameter that after application of powder coat, the will still be useable with our parts. However, Powder coat at the base of the pins shall be free from "pooling" to allow our part to sit flush.
SPECIAL NOTE: Just as a reminder. When looking at the part, the pins are inserted from the inside of the cavity. Thus if you set the finished part down, it would be only standing on the ends of the pins.
If SolidWorks is not used at vendors facility, please download the EDrawings viewer for FREE at www.solidworks.com which will enable viewing and printing of the Prep.edrw file.
