REQUEST FOR QUOTATION - RFQ July 30, 2002 RFQ I.D: SW43Mech1 TO: All Venders wishing to quote materials in RFQ# SW43Mech1 REFERENCE: Accompanying drawings files; - Swbfs14b REV F.dwg. - SWMotorAssemblyGuard.dwg - D70_interface_support.dwg TERMS: Please provide your quotation to the following terms. 1. Technical specifications dictated by each drawing provided. 2. Quantity is to be one unit each for each drawing provided. 3. Quotation should be submitted by the RFQ close date, 4:PM 8/9/2002. Acceptance of late RFQ submittals will be at the discretion of the RFQ originator. Note: RFQ close date is 8/9/2002, the date of 8/6/2002 shown in the attached RFQ doc has been changed. 4. Quoted delivery should be, “Receipt of materials at Bytewise NLT (no later than) 4 weeks from receipt of purchase order”. 5. All costs including shipping and handling charges should be stipulate within quotation. Material will be shipped to Bytewise Measurement systems, see address below. 6. Late delivery or any deviations from the specifications and drawings provided, must be approved in advance by Bruce Lisle at Bytewise, see contact information below. 7. Payment will be NET 15 upon material receipt and inspection. Material inspection will be accomplished within 5 business days of receipt of material.
