RFQ Notes:
Patient warming blanket, disposable, to consist of a polyethlene or similar plastic outer layer approx 1 mil thick, and high porosity inner layer of non- woven synthetic fabric. The Outer layer shall be sealed to the inner layer in a manner to divide the whole into 3 inch tubes, interconnected at each end, and with a single cardboard outlet, 2 1/8 inches in diameter located in the outer layer. Dimensions are 36 x 48 inches. Item to be individually wrapped, & bulk packed in boxes of 20.
Item to tolerate forced air heating at 104 deg F. and flow of 4 CFM.
Item to contain no latex rubber.
Item to meet The IEC 695-2-2 standard for flammability, and CPSC fabric flammability std 16 CFR 1610
