RFQ Notes:
Wedge-shaped sheet metal part approximately 2" X 2" X 3" see details. 6061, 5052 Aluminum or other aircraft-grade Aluminum Alloy. Tightest tolerance is +/- .015" in two places
Function: The part holds a small printed circuit at a 25 degree angle. The function of the 1.00 diam hole is to lighten the part. Similar holes are acceptable. To keep the costs as low as possible, part is rejectable for function only. No dimensional inspection is to be done. 50% down and balance COD (or other acceptable arrangements). See attachments for exact geometry, dimensions and additional notes.
