This RFQ was for 500, 1,000, and 2,000 Each. The estimated annual usage is 2,000. |
RFQ Notes:
3.25 inches long, 1 inch wide, 3/16" thick with a hole on each end. one hole is for a 3/8" bolt and other end is for a 5/8" bolt. We are currently using a 21/32" drill for the 5/8" bolt hole. Rounded corners.
If you want to guote on a STAINLESS version that’s great also, but must be at least 3/16" thick.
Parts also need to be Zinc coated, you may quote without on the quote form and add extra costs in your comments area.
We can also supply the parts with two 3/8" holes, and you would need to open one hole to 21/32" and plate them. Quote received this way should be indicated as such.
We currently buy the parts "raw" with two 3/8" holes, unplated for 25-18 cents each. We then drill one hole open and send out for plating. we extimatge our cost ( without labor to open holes ) is from 44-54 cents each depending on qty we by "raw".
Basically we would like quotes on any situation, we can ship the "raw" parts and you can open the one hole and plate, or you can do it all in-house. Again, it is imperative you declare which quote is based on which criteria. You may quote more than once if considering several approaches.
We would buy 500 immediatly upon approval of sample.
