RFQ Notes:
30"x30" board with numbered slots 6",4",2"x1/2"wide. 12"x6" center hole (diamond shaped). handle and towel hooks on one end. 2" slots at other end with 1/4" strip running at though bottem of row to prevent pass though. see attached photos for slot placement, board thickness is 1/2"
The Tile Draining rack is 34” x 34” and has sixty ½” slots where cut tile can be stood up to drain. It is made to set on top of a large trash receptacle. It has a hole in the center where tile scraps can be conveniently dropped into the trash receptacle below. The slots are lettered and numbered to make it easy for the operator to keep count of the tiles they have already cut. One side has a wider slot which serves as a handle. Two more wide slots on either side of the handle and are used to hold small terry cloth towels handy for drying the tile cutters hands.
The design in the picture shows a rack that is approx 36" x 36", however, it could be sized down a bit if neessary to make the manufacturing more efficient. The board should be a minimum of 1/2" thick. The slots should be 1" apart. Two sets of slots would be 6" long and another two sets, 4" long. The board in the picture shows onne set of slots that are about 2" long.
