Folks,
Please send a quote for these parts, in quantities of 20, 50 and 100. I have attached .dxf and IGES files and a .jpeg.
It is simply a piece of 1/8" 304 or 316 2B finish stainless steel plate, with four slots and two holes, formed into a channel.
The stock finish is fine, the only important tolerance on the part is the center to center distance of the 5/16 holes, which must be 11.000", + or - .020".
The rest of the part just needs to be cosmetically symmetrical. Waterjet cutting is preferable, but may be laser cut if significantly more economical, CNC punched, but all edges must be broken or heavily brushed.
Also, please advise as to available finishing and prices. Electropolish, glass bead, brushing. The finish is not important, only that it be cosmetically appealing and consistent.
Currently I buy 100 to 120 per year.
