RFQ Notes:
This part mainly involves tube bending and TIG welding, a minor sheetmetal piece is included. The assembly drawing calls out a part number 300112 and 300113. They are the same part, so only the 300112 drawing has been included. Furthermore, the drawing for 300112 has holes in the top and bottom of the rail. These holes are no longer necessary so disregard.
If you do not have the capacity to weld or fixture, please quote on the tube bending alone and we can source the welding and fixturing ourselves. We have three versions of this assembly, so ultimately we would multiply all quantities by 3, so estimated annual usage could be 300 units.
Furthermore we have a few other products that require tube bending and fixturing. We are just hoping to find someone with the ability to make our parts. This product is one of our simpler products.
