RFQ Notes:
We require a static inline mixer suitable for the admixture of typical Asphalt cutbacks in one pass. To be used in a standard hot-mix asphalt plant as a bypass element for the production of cutback asphalts when required. We require a flanged pipe unit, with 1 inlet nipple for insertion of liquid polymerising additives, positioned at/close to front of first vane; at least 6 interior mixer vanes; a unit length of 32"/80 cms, with flanges for splicing into line in a typical hot-mix bitumen pipe. The diameter will be 3"/7.5 cms, and an interior diameter of 2 1/2"/6.5 cms.
