If we build / machine the components in China, we guarantee delivery and quality. If the component fails to meet your requirements due to an error on our part -- we will rectify the problem at our cost.
By working with a North American company, our clients eliminate the legal liability of working with companies in Low Cost Countries (LCC). Our clients are not exposed to any LCC laws if problems arise.
When dealing with us, there are no “additional / surprise” costs. The quotation you receive is the final price. Where required, we use our logistical company to arrange shipping, customs clearances, take care of tariffs and also arrange all legal documentation required to ensure quick, efficient transportation of your products from Asia to your door.
Due to our on-going freight shipments from Asia to North America, we are able to combine multiple orders into single shipments to ensure further cost savings for our clients.
Where monthly or periodic shipments are required for JIT or integration with assembly lines, we provide warehousing and inventory control solutions in Asia and also in North America to minimize inventory levels but balanced with optimized shipping costs and WIP.
