Production of an aluminum extrusion. Approximately 260.7mm long x 39.6mm wide x 5.24mm high. Parts are extruded and cut to length. Two parts are used to form the long sides of a rectangular box. The ends are inserted into the "C" shape of the profile. The top and bottom of the box are comprised of plates which interlock with the channels at the top and bottom of the profile. Dimensional tolerances were placed with the part function in mind. Please see drawing for complete dimensions.
