RFQ Notes:
Extrusion of a LED light track. Approximately 3" long x 1"
wide. Please see drawing for specific dimensions and
information. This is a 3 part extrusion consisting of a
mounting extrusion, a center retainer extrusion
and a fascia extrusion that snaps into the mounting
extrusion to complete a 1x2 boxed, hollow design. This
extrusion will need to be manufactured from a material
that is paintable (Plastic) and very resistant to UV as
it’s primary function is an outdoor wiring or fiber optic
lighting channel.
Completed assembly needs to be a rigid structure
resembling a 1x2 piece of trim wood once
assembled. A light wood grain texture to the fascia would
be desireable but not necessary.
