We offer a broad array of machining (conventional and CNC) and inspection facilities. Till date we have successfully developed, supplied and serviced critical components and assemblies for our clients - ranging from private small scale enterprises to Government of India undertakings and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs).
Our machining capabilities include, but are not limited, to the following:-
CONVENTIONAL MACHINING:
Turning, threading, boring, drilling, milling, grinding (surface & cylindrical)
CNC MILLING:
And all operations that can be performed on Vertical Machining Centers (VMCs) such as milling, drilling, tapping, boring, profile machining etc.
CNC TURNING:
All operations that can be performed on a CNC turning turning center such as turning, parting, threading etc.
Other manufacturing related services such as heat treatment, surface coating etc. are outsourced locally to technically sound & experienced ISO certified suppliers.
