 This RFQ was for 100, 500, and 1,000 Each. The estimated annual usage is 90,000.

RFQ Notes:

We are a screen printer evaluating vendors that can shorten  a 10 week leadtime on converting aluminium coil into sheets  ranging from 12" to 36" in either x or y axis (and  combinations thereof).  As most companies provide these  services inhouse to support their operation, we do not,  therefore the necessity to locate the right vendor. We are currently accepting quotes for conversion of sheet  aluminum one side mill finish/one side  bright to supply our screen printing operation & sales.  We  have a second RFQ listed for both sides mill  finish.  Bright side is used for brushing and patterns and  is applied with resist to create a bright mirror finish. Services should include close tolerance converting and  cleaning as to not intefere with our screen printing  processes.  Packaged for protection from unclean  enviornments during shipments.  All oils and preservatives  should be removed before shipment. Material thickness is 20 mil but can be betwwen 12-32. Tolerances should be held 1/16" for cuts and 1/16" for  squareness. Certain pieces will be formed after printing and used in  the automotive market, others may become signs, or for  customers that want overlay items such as nameplates, etc.
