RFQ Notes:
This part can be described as a plain flat washer, however the Inside Profile has an inverted tab that can be broached from a predrilled hole. We will supply "blanks": .250" (+ or - .010") thick X 2.500" (+ .000" - .005") OD X approx. 1.780" ID X 4140 Alloy Steel either in the annealed condition or Heat Treated to approx. 27-30 Rc (120-140 KSI ULT TS). Laser Cutting does not yield a 125 surface finish, which is required for this government job. Quote all one time costs, such as tooling as separate items.
