First part: 1/4 inch flat stock to be laser cut to outer shape and with curved slot as an inner shape. Second part is 1/8 inch steel plate drilled with countersunk holes and then the plat is bent at 90 degrees. These two parts are then welded togther. Final part is painted, primed, or powdercoated for rustproofing. Specify grade of material on your bid
