This part is a 4.25 mm drill with same configuration as a
Black and Decker commercial "bullet" type or similar
having a quick spiral type (large helix angle) the point
type is split and the point angle is 118 degrees. At the
other end of the drill we need a slot and flat surface as
shown. Drill and shank diameters have to be ground with a
2 finish; all other surfaces can be 63. Make sure that
after heat treat drill is not warped. Associated with RFQs
47237 and 47238. Please quote on all three RFQs.
