Volumes range from 100,000 - 130,000 per month. Weekly
shipments of 30,000 - 40,000 units.
Parts to be packed to minimize tangling.
SUPPLIER advise how parts to be packaged (quantity per
box, box size and weight, etc).
FULL PPAP MUST BE PROVIDED at SUPPLIER’S EXPENSE.
PRICING MUST BE PROVIDED FOR FIVE YEARS, WITH COST DOWNS
LISTED YEAR AFTER YEAR.
NO STEEL SURCHARGES ARE ALLOWED.
Suppliers, please pay special attention to section 5.5 of
specification A 764, stating
that the
material shall be metallic coated prior to cold drawing,
or at an intermediate stage of cold
drawing (Finish 1).
It is important toalso note that the coating must be
ELECTROLYTICALLY applied, not
hot-dipped. The spec indicates either / or but this is
not what our customer wants.
