Biofuel Energy Systems, (BES) ,LLC, is a wholly owned subsidiary of New England Wood Pellet, LLC. Officially opened in August 2006, BES is the R & D Fabricating and Machining shop for New England Wood Pellet. Our first project was in Schuyler, NY., making a 100,000 ton per year, wood pellet making plant. Here we built the majority of equipment , from 300 Ton Storage Silos, 29feet in diameter, by 65 feet tall, to belt conveyors, drag-link conveyors, and a lot more.
We are now able to offer our beautiful shop and its new, C.N.C. Fabricating and Machining equipment to the public, as a high quality job shop. We offer :C.N.C. High Definition Plasma cutting ( 84" x 240"), with speeds to 500 IPM, ; C.N.C. 280 Ton Hydraulic Press Brake, 12' Long, ; C.N.C. Hydraulic Plate Roll 1/2" x 8' capacity ; and C.N.C. Hydraulic Plate Shear, 14" x 12' capacity.
