Illini Wire Works, Inc. is a wire forming and cold heading job shop with customers in such diverse industries as electronics, agricultural machinery, bicycle components, tackle and utility molded plastic boxes, lawn and garden equipment, automotive equipment, industrial compressors and power sources, earth moving equipment and steel storage systems and point of purchase displays.

Fastron is a custom cold heading company established in 1960. Our in house size range is from a #2 to 3/8 diameter with lengths to 5" under the head. Fastron has 2 die 3 blow headers which allow us to make special shoulder screws and collar studs as well as parts with over sized heads. Fastron manufactures SEMS screws (captive washers) square terminal, flat, conical, and we can assemble up to 4 washers on a part.
We manufacture both standard and metric parts. We also manufacture thread forming screws our FORMFAST(tm) a tri pointed screw as well as fully tri-lobular screws and thread cutters.
