Established in 1954, Rowley Spring and Stamping Corp. manufactures precision compression, extension, torsion and double torsion springs, as well as air wound coils, wire forms, progressive and fourslide stampings and related assemblies. Fastron is a custom cold heading company established in 1960. Our in house size range is from a #2 to 3/8 diameter with lengths to 5" under the head. Fastron has 2 die 3 blow headers which allow us to make special shoulder screws and collar studs as well as parts with over sized heads. Fastron manufactures SEMS screws (captive washers) square terminal, flat, conical, and we can assemble up to 4 washers on a part.

Wisco uses a computer based statistical process control network that is run by press operators and monitored by our quality assurance department. The software instantaneously interprets this information and provides statistical analysis of the accuracy of the production run while in process. These programs assure Wisco customers of getting parts to the specification they require. Wisco parts can move directly to the production line without need for time-consuming testing and evaluation. Biofuel Energy Systems, (BES) ,LLC, is a wholly owned subsidiary of New England Wood Pellet, LLC. Officially opened in August 2006, BES is the R & D Fabricating and Machining shop for New England Wood Pellet. Our first project was in Schuyler, NY., making a 100,000 ton per year, wood pellet making plant. Here we built the majority of equipment , from 300 Ton Storage Silos, 29feet in diameter, by 65 feet tall, to belt conveyors, drag-link conveyors, and a lot more.
We are now able to offer our beautiful shop and its new, C.N.C. Fabricating and Machining equipment to the public, as a high quality job shop. We offer :C.N.C. High Definition Plasma cutting ( 84" x 240"), with speeds to 500 IPM, ; C.N.C. 280 Ton Hydraulic Press Brake, 12' Long, ; C.N.C. Hydraulic Plate Roll 1/2" x 8' capacity ; and C.N.C. Hydraulic Plate Shear, 14" x 12' capacity.

Beechwood Metalworks, Inc. is a metal fabrication shop specialized in waterjet cutting. We are located in Burlington, NC with years of industry experience including medical, automotive, motorcross, textiles, farming equipment and more. We also service other machine shops and are a 3 tier suppliers for companies such as Caterpillar and John Deere.
Our specialty is waterjet cutting because Beechwood can work with all materials rather than being limited to just metals so it provides us an edge over the competition.
