RFQ Notes:
A straight pin made from¯. 250 x 1.75 long M2 drill rod hardened to RC 58 with two ground flats. We will provide the Pins for coating in varied quantities of 200,400,600,1000 for each order. Vendor must have their own in house coating facilities. No distributors, dealers or reps please. Competitive pricing and fast processing times of orders within a week to 10 days area must. Batch pricing is preferred for orders of 200,400,600,1000. Pins need to be TIN (Titanium Nitride) coating thickness of .0001"to .00015" thick or total of .0003" on O.D. of pin. We are very serious about finding a vendor for this. For their willingness to work with us, the successful vendorwill enjoy a long-term relationship for future orders. All questions and inquiries by suppliers will be answered. If you can't meet or beat the target price or delivery times, just be honest and give us your best quote anyway.
