Ultraflo Systems Inc. has over 40 years of Machining, prototyping, assembly, design and fabrication experience. With clients world wide, we have the ability to service any industry. Metal, Plastics and Fiberglass machining and fabrication are our specialty. We have a full assembly shop for cutting, gluing, welding and repairs. Our experienced engineering team can assist you at the early stages of any project.
K.D.M. Machine Works Ltd. was incorporated in 2003. We are located in the south side industrial area of Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. We specialized in manufacturing of machinable parts from material ranging from plastic (PVC) to exotic stainless steel metal (Inconel 718). We occupies of approx. 6000 sq feet of manufacturing space. Our business focus includes the oil field, electrical, wood working, railway, and aviation industry. We shipped our customers' final products to any where across North America.
Our mission statement is to produce high quality turn-key parts to our customers with the best economic value.
We are currently undergoing API 6A and ISO 9000:2001 training at the moment and our target certify date is March 01, 2008
Turning Capacities:
We have 7 CNC Lathes and can turn parts ranging from 0.25" od - 22" Od x 22" Long
Milling Capabilities:
We have 3 CNC Mills with milling areas 48" Long x 36" Wide x 24" H
Other Services:
Telfon Coating, Liquid Nitride QPQ, Zinc Plating, Anodizing, Heat Treating, Internal EDMing, UT, final NDE (LPI, MPI), and Etc.
Measuring Tools:
We have a variety of measuring instruments such as Calipers, ID/OD Mics, Thread Mics, Groove Gauges/Mics, Radius Gauges, Surface Finish Tester, and many more. All of our measuring instruments are calibrated in accordance to API 6A. We also have access to CMM if required.
