RFQ Notes:
Steel component that will be welded to a 16 GA. cold rolled sheet metal bracket. Some flexibility in edge radii for if needed for casting requirements or sharp edges allowed for ease of machining. Through hole is actually a 1/4-20 tapped hole (not shown in CAD file). CAD file is a STEP AP203 file. Part tolerance is +/- 0.010" from model geometry. A small volume prototype run (200 pcs.) will be required before larger order releases. Long term potential (40,000/year or more) within one year. PER REQUESTS CAD FILES IN DIFFERENT FORMATS HAVE BEEN ADDED (.DXF AND .SAT CAN BE READ IN AUTOCAD 2000, .X_T CAN BE READ IN SOLID WORKS) I will not use IGES files, as I have had too many translation problems with vendors.
