RFQ Notes:
This RFQ is being submitted in attempts to locate sources having experience and capabilities of producing a combination of ceramic & alloy castings. Currently castings are being suplied in HH / HK stainless (309/310) for certain applications in kilns and Ni-Hard / High Chrome in crushing and finishing mills. Applications (several) involve high wear sliding abrasion, typically in crushing mills, high wear (sliding abrasion) and minimal impact in kilns, high wear (sliding abrasion) and high impact in certain finishing mills. Temperatures range from 375F in the crushers to approximately 1600F + in kilns.
