Founded in 1976, Ateliers BG specializes in the fabrication of machined parts catering to the various large scale manufacturing plants located in the Eastern Township area near the u.s. border To better address our customer’s increasing needs, the company expanded it’s floor surface from 1984 to 1995. During this rapid expansion period, the company also acquired several new technologies to enhance production such as CNC lathes, machining centers and many other specialized tools.We are continually looking for ways to better serve our customers and to further this goal the company obtained the ISO 9002-94 quality assurance certification in 1998 and ISO 9001 certification in 2000. With this increased capacity, Ateliers BG was now able to offer more services such as welding, shotblasting (jet system), industrial painting and machine assembly. The company also received CWB (W47.1 and W59) certifications.
Atelier BG operates state of the art facilities for machining, welding shot blasting and industrial painting to provide even the most demanding customers with a turnkey solution. 13 numerically controlled machines, 280 tons brake press and robot welder. Ultraflo Systems Inc. has over 40 years of Machining, prototyping, assembly, design and fabrication experience. With clients world wide, we have the ability to service any industry. Metal, Plastics and Fiberglass machining and fabrication are our specialty. We have a full assembly shop for cutting, gluing, welding and repairs. Our experienced engineering team can assist you at the early stages of any project.
Precision Outsourcing provides custom cables/wire harnesses, electronic assemblies and mechanical assemblies/box builds. We also do low component count PCB layout and assembly. Located in Canada, we have over 40 years of experience in custom electronics manufacturing and electro-mechanical assembly and inspection. Our Production Supervisor also has IPC-A-610B, IPC-J-STD-001B, and Quality Management training. Our assemblers are trained on site to IPC standards as well.
Assemblies that require above average manual dexterity and attention to detail and low to medium volume are our primary capabilities with the ability to work with cable, hook-up wire, coax, panel/cable/coax connectors, PCBs, PCB assemblies, adhesives, and plastic or aluminum enclosures. We can assemble battery packs and chargers, test and relay boxes, power leads, gaskets, tool kits, re-terminate USB cables, computer interface cables, wall and cigarette adapters, cellular antennae, and much more. Our assembly time ranges from a couple of minutes to a few hours with the outstanding quality you expect!
Our equipment includes soldering stations, microscope, handheld crimpers, fume hood, drill press, and a belt sander housed in a clean, well lit manufacturing facility with 50% manufacturing space still available. Every soldering point is inspected and we do crimp pull testing before every crimp job and every crimp is inspected under microscope. We do in process and final assembly inspections and every cable is tested for open, short, and proper pin out. Our employees are trained to our workmanship standards and customer expectations before working on customer builds. We also have ESD controls.
Precision Outsourcing offers outstanding turn around time for the first off by days using customer supplied parts and we are very flexible and responsive to our customer needs. Being small with low overhead costs enables us to be very price competitive. Our existing customers are always satisfied and give us new assemblies every month for building. We now build 50 different assemblies for critical applications for major corporations and can provide a reference when requested. With over 13,000 assemblies under our belt, only 5 were rejected. And in those cases, the customer’s parts are always provided back!
