CNC capacity ranges from small, often complex components, prototype, pre-production and assemblies that can range from batch sizes of just 25 through to very complex parts up to 400 mm diameter or by up to a metre long. Rodmatic also has 42 Multi-Spindle turning machines for the manufacture of high volume turned parts.
We can turn components up to 80mm diameter maximum. We are able to manufacture components up to 180mm in length.
The economic batch size for our multi-spindle machines does depend on the size and complexity of the component but typically starts at 3000 parts.

Non-automotive clients will benefit from the high automotive manufacturing and quality standards.
We deliver to our customers from our dedicated UK warehousing facility on a DDP basis. Deliveries are made in a just in time basis, following our customers delivery schedules. We hold agreed buffer stocks levels in our warehouse, ensuring our customers have 100% line fill levels.
