Production of Aluminum hexagon housing (2 parts) for an LED light. Finished size is 1.5" hex shape X 2" long. Tightest tolerance is +0.001” / -0.000”. Material: 1.5" hex aluminum bar stock. Key properties to satisfy the buyer’s requirements include: Finished parts must be free of scratches and dings prior to anodizing. Parts to be color anodized. See attachments for complete geometry, dimensions and tolerances. Provide quote on completed sets. (2 pieces, Front & Back - anodized) 20 pieces will be required for prototyping and to confirm design. 100 pieces for pre-production tests, and then an initial order of 1,000 pieces for production.
