Thin magnetic steel pulley shaped disk with central
pip.
Should be able to be made on screw machine or CNC
lathe.
We’ve had a similar part machined before and would like to
be able to get them for ~ $20 each.
To help you achiveve that we can accomodate the design
somewhat to relieve/change any tolerance/features to suit
your manufacturing capabilties.
Groove width is important to us. We need it to be .040"
at a minimum. Pip diameter is also fairly
important.
We can discuss any tolerance exceptions you may have.
Please email/call ASAP.
We will need 10 to evaluate immediately and more in April
if approved.
Solid Works model attached. Other models avail upon
request for winning bidder.
