RFQ Notes:
Milling of a combustion and head set. This project contains
2 parts: Combustion1 and Combustion2. The dimensions are as
follows: Combustion1: 6" wide x 7" long x 1.75" tall and
Combustion2: 6" wide x 7" long x 1.725" tall.
The tolerance for a face on a piece should be +/- 0.003 of
an inch and between faces it should be +/- 0.005 of an inch.
All holes should be milled rather than drilled to insure
accuracy. All thru holes that can be milled from the top
face should be. Both the top and bottom faces of each part
should be machined. The top surface of CombustionHalf1 and
CombustionHalf2 should be smooth and care should be taken
not to scratch any part of the top surface after it has been
machined. Also the rounded surfaces around thru holes need
to be CNC machined. These should NOT be done manually.
Please do not bid on this if you do not have 3d milling
capabilities.
