RFQ Notes:
Production of 2 rotor halves.
Male rotor half is 5.1" OD x 1.25" thick, female rotor half
is 5.1" OD x 0.99" thick.
All depths and heights should be accurate to plus or minus 3
thousandths of an inch. All x and y dimensions should be
accurate to plus or minus 5 thousandths of an inch except
for those shown otherwise in the drawings.
Both the top and bottom face should be machined and the
bottom face should be face milled for a smooth surface and
care should be taken not to scratch the bottom face after
it has been machined. Also the edges of the chamber holes
should NOT be rounded or smoothed or haven any type of edge
break at all as this may affect the functioning of this
part.
Buyer can provide 2D or 3D CAD drawings of this part to the
winning bidder to be used directly in your CAM system.
