RFQ Notes:
Production of three part assembly. Base Plate (approx
6.75" x 4.75" x 0.9"), Insert Ring
(approx 4.125" OD x 0.9"), and Insert Seat (0.21" OD x
0.14")(needs to be stainless steel).
Insert Ring and Insert Seat (upper left corner of FRONT
view) will need to be press fit into base plate (if
dimensions need to change for press fit, please advise).
Item to be Bright dipped and anodized black. Finish needs
to be bright and flawless!! Will need working prototype
of assembly first (April 12, 2006). Once working
prototype has passed testing, remainder of qty should be
delivered by May 12, 2006. Testing phase will only take
approx. a week from DOA and do not anticipate any major
changes to drawing. Any questions with
