Production of a bottom case plate. Approximately 250mm
long x 92mm wide x 10.5mm thick. This is a machined bottom
plate for a case. It is available in SolidWorks native
files,and has already been prototype machined - now the
buyer needs to find a reliable production supplier for
this part. It is called out in SI (metric) units, and has
eight 3mm blind and two 4mm tapped thu holes. Overall
tolerances to plus/minus 0.2mm with call outs on
drawings for inspected dimensions. Exterior surfaces have
to be tool mark free, and finished work to be ready for
anodising. Supplier may bid anodising (soft) as part of
work package. The buyer expects to make between 50 and
150 of these in CY2006.
