RFQ Notes:
Production of a conductor. Machine part from extruded
profile. Finished part is semi-circular in cross section
and is 1.75" long. Major radius is 0.875". Part is
0.791" high, and must have a 32 microinch finish on the
flat. 2 edges are radiused, and 2 existing thru holes
requre a chamfer. There are 6 flat bottom blind holes of
0.25" diameter, 0.188 deep, and 2 1/4-20 tapped holes with
counterbore on the OD. Buyer will supply the extruded
shape as shown in the attached drawing. See drawing for
required machining. Do not quote zincate and copper
plating as indicated on the drawing. The parts are to be
supplied uncoated. Please only use email to communicate
