RFQ Notes:
Milling and assembly of base plate. Approx. 10.00" OD x
0.167" thickness. Please see drawing for complete
dimension information. Part is made up of matching plates.
1 - 10" round aluminum plate. (wheel with spokes)
2.- 10" Aluminum plate similar to part 1. (spokes)
Part 1 and 2 are bolted together at center bore and bores
in spokes. Round cutouts of both plate 1 and 2 bores all
centered to each other. Tolerances +- .005. Round cutouts
on both plates are beveled as shown in drawing. Round
cutouts on both plates have slight bevel on other side as
well. All edges are deburred and slightly beveled or
sanded (no sharp edges). Fine sanded finish. Please
contact buyer for clarification.
