Approx. 0.984" wide x 1.024" long x 0.256" tall
Buyer is currently machining parts in house. Buyer is
looking for new suppliers so they can free their machines
to do initial production runs for new products and
prototyping.
All the parts buyer is posting here are a small part of
the products they are currently manufacturing and need to
outsource.
There are about 200 more parts that buyer needs to
transfer to outside manufacturing, so buyer will start
with this and slowly transfer more parts as we feel
comfortable with the new suppliers.
Bearings and other attachments in the pictures are not to
be supplied by the new supplier. Only the parts as
depicted in the .pdf file are to be supplied.
These are parts for consumer products so tolerances are
not too tight. Tolerances are important only in cavities
for press fit bearings or in shaft’s OD where sliding fit
into a bearing is required. Finish is mill finish in most
parts. Since the parts are for consumer applications price
is a very important factor.
The information in the .pdf files is the required to
provide us with a quote. DXF files as well as solidworks
files with complete specifications will be provided to the
companies that provide us with a quote and sign our NDA
agreement.
