Small plastic/metal part with 4 pin features and slots
from 3 sides. Approx size 1.6 x .75 x
.56 inch. 4 pin features will slide in nylor/delrin slots
of another part. This should
allow this part to be made from similar mat’l or in metals
such as brass, aluminum 7075,
or stainless steel should the mat’l cost not be
expensive. We’re testing our procuct now
but will be making 100’s of these in next 3-6 months.
After we make 5K or so we expect
to redesign and mold this part in delrin or similar
mat’l. Need these in a hurry, by 10/8
or sooner. Hopefully, you have some mat’l in house
suitable for these parts.
