This is an alignment tool used for aligning two
sprockets. The reamed hole axis must be
parallel to at least the inside surface of the leg that
measures .75" wide. Outside dimensions
are not critical and the pieces could be cut from bar
stock with minimal finishing on
outside surfaces to bring cost down. Maybe just a cleanup pass to remove saw cut IF
using bar stock.
I would also like anodize finish quoted if you have the capabilities. 50% of the parts shall be
red, the other 50% blue. If you do not have capabilities, I can work with a local company.
