RFQ Notes:
There are four parts that we need to have made for us and
we were wondering if you could give us a quote on them.
All the pieces we need are to be made out of S7. I was
also wondering do you heat treat parts there as well or
would that be something we would have to do afterwards?
The four parts are BBC4200A-UN Top, BBC4200A-UN Bottom,
BBC4200A-UN Left, BBC4200A-UN Right. The first two the
Top and Bottom we will need 4 of each. The second two the
Left and Right we will need 6 of each. Tolerances I would
like to hold +.002 / -.000 on the 3D contours themselves.
The holes and counter bores can be +/-.005 except the
blind holes on the bottom of each piece, those needs to be
slip fits for dowel pins. Also, on the Left and Right
parts the key on the bottom needs to be .285 +.000 / -
.001. Please see drawing for all specifications.
