February 1996 : Founding of CBR Laser Inc., a company exclusively offering cutting services for ferrous and non-ferrous materials. Installation of the first 3500-watt C02 Laser equipment in North America. The company had 10 employees and concentrated exclusively on the Quebec market in Canada. With a steady annual growth of 30%, CBR Laser was adding two new cutting systems every year.

Over 2000 customers spread across the entire planet, including in China, England, Switzerland, Spain, Mexico, France, the USA, and Canada, to name only those countries.

February 2006 : CBR Laser Inc. celebrated 10 years of operation. The company's updated structure was as follows:
• 180 employees
• 21 pieces of CO² laser cutting equipment
• 2 waterjet cutting machines
• 2 oxyfuel and plasma cutters
• 3 plants with a total of 200,000 square feet of floor space
• Annual sales of $40 million, annualized on the company's 10th anniversary in 2006.
