Quality Control:
Following ISO 9001:2000 standards, Balsam Tool & Machine is dedicated to resourceful management and the continual
development of staff, equipment, processes and services.
Engineering:
Balsam Tool designs and engineers tooling for durability and ease of maintenance to ensure longer die life and
quality parts. Each new tooling project goes through a design review, with a team consisting of Engineering, Tool room, Quality and Production. This ensures that all objectives are met at every stage
of the project, regardless of size or complexity.
Customers can come to us with only a sample part, and with the use of our CAD programs and knowledgeable staff can fully digitize your part.
This enables us to create a part drawing or CADKEY model...the first step in bringing your concept to reality.
Metal Stamping:
Balsam’s expertise is manufacturing. This includes metal
stamping, ranging from 10 to 275 tons, welding and assemblies. Through extensive Research and Development programs and continuous improvement initiatives, Balsam has developed advanced processes which
are the foundation for Balsam’s competitive edge.
Balsam is EDI compliant, and provides bar code format for our automotive customers in order to allow scanning of inventory.

Tool & Die Making:
Balsam Tool & Machine produces quality dies by utilizing
dynamic professionals and equipment. A tool room equipped with a crane, mills, lathe, and a wire EDM machine, provides the necessary environment for building and maintaining all of our production
tooling, as well as tooling for export.
Welding & Assembly:
Our welding and assembly department provides a full range of capabilities, which include MIG and TIG welding as well as spot
welding for production.
We can provide our customers with custom fixtures for welding.

Machining
Have recently acquired a 6 axis dual turret CNC lathe with magazine bar feeder allowing high volume CNC machining.
