This quote should include the two sub- assemblies listed. All material (including hot melt glue, if required) will be supplied by MauiMount and Machine. Quote should also include packaging of finished part in Uline 4 x 3 x 3 crushproof mailer, which will also be supplied. Sample of finished part will be supplied when quote is awarded.
