 This RFQ was for 10, 100, and 1,000 Each. The estimated annual usage is 5,000.

RFQ Notes:

16 gage sheet metal panel for office equipment with about 7  90 deg bends, about 10  .089 dia holes 440 tapped (or use  0.25" 440 Pem nuts, 3 or 4 0.375 to 0.5" dia holes, and a co uple of other punched out features.   Finished size is   approx. 15.5" by 6.5".  Need 10 now to  prove out our design and larger quantities later this  year ~ August/Sept.  Expect only minor changes to part.   Have Solid Works Solids and pdf for viewing other formats  are available upon request. Manufacturing specs are typical for sheet metal.   Specifically, 1) .089" dia Hole locations to +/- .005".  Desire  1/4 inch 4-40 Pem nuts protruding from flat side (opposite  bends) or tapped in the sheet inself 2) 0.375" dia holes +.002", - 0,  Height of these  two holes to bottom is important to us.  Please make  parallel to the wide bottom bend.  These support a 0.375"  dia polished shaft.  Undersize hole is unusable. 3) Ignor dog ear 45’s for initial pieces.  Will use  for production volumes. 4) Bend locations to within +- 0.010" 5) Part edges to within +- 0.005" 6) All other hole sizes and locations are clearance.
