Our CNC Milling and Turning machines are seamlessly integrated with our two seats of Gibbs Cam to deliver fast, efficient productivity.
We are in the process of expanding our capabilities with
the addition of our Epilog Laser Machine. Part marking and engraving of aluminum anodized parts is now done in house.
American Prototype has been manufacturing for such diverse industries as
Semiconductor Capital Equipment, Instrumentation for Science and Industry in addition to being a registered contractor for the US Department of Defense. We also have extensive experience in
manufacturing pneumatic manifolds from stainless steel, aluminum and many different plastics.
In 1997 we began our relationship with Beam Dynamics, providing manufacturing support for all phases
of their product line, such as linear motion components and optical housings.
We are capable of extremely fast delivery when needed. In some cases same day machining service is possible. With
calibrated measuring systems and First Article Inspection Reports you can be sure of reliable quality when you need it.
