Is your product in the prototype or limited production range? Our 5-axis, 1500-watt laser cutting system allows us to produce prototypes in a fraction of the time and cost, with CNC precision. We also have a new flat sheet cutting 4000-watt laser cutting system. A large-bed industrial scanner that can accommodate parts as large as 48" X 96" supports the laser cutting system. It enables Ambox, Inc. to take a customer-supplied sample into full-scale production in a matter of minutes.

Has your product reached a medium production level? We house two CNC turret punch presses that can economically cut a variety of flat sheet metal parts. We also offer extensive hole punching and parting capabilities. Close tolerance sheet metal forming is accomplished by slip roles and CNC press brakes that provide up to 137.5 tons of forming force. If your product cannot be formed with our standard tooling, pancake dies can be cut on our laser to meet your specifications.

Are you ready for large production runs? We can handle up to 350 tons on nine coil fed stamping lines and eight secondary presses for drawing, blanking, piercing, forming and pinch-trimming.

Our stamping capabilities are supported by the heart of our organization: our tool and die department. This is where your design goes from being a costly production item to an economical product line. Our experienced tool and die designers and builders utilize the latest CNC milling and turning equipment to produce precise tooling components, with accuracy verified by specialized tooling design software.
