We are the largest Wire EDM job shop in western and north central Wisconsin. We offer high tolerance Wire EDM capabilities with 2 of our 3 Charmilles wires being brand new in 2007. Handling wire diameters from 0.003 to 0.013 we can take long to short run production, aerospace, military, medical, stamping dies and plastic injection work. Also offering CNC small hole drilling with holes from 0.003 to 0.256 in diameter. We have a full quality control department with CMM, high tolerance microscopes and deltronic gage pin library with pins from 0.004 to 1.003 in 0.0001 increments.
We are able to also work with a customers rough prints and go through every step needed such as designing, purchasing material, milling, turning, heat treat, grinding, hole popping, wire burning, tumbling, polishing, quality control and ship a completed job to our customers.
